Textbook Rental Store Program (“Store Program”): If you purchase a product from one of our textbook rental stores (the “Stores”), BookRenter may provide your personal information to the Stores for the processing and fulfillment of your order. In the Terms and Conditions of the Store Program, BookRenter contractually obligates each Store not to use or disclose this information for any purposes other than in providing the Service.

Business Transaction: In the event that BookRenter goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets (a “Business Transaction”), your personally identifiable information will likely be among the assets transferred. We may share or transfer your information in connection with such Business Transaction.
